How to refer a friend to SimplyCook

What is your referral program?

You can introduce your friends to SimplyCook using your unique friend link, this can be found in your account here or on the SimplyCook app. 

Your friends will be offered their first box for free, and if they sign up you’ll be able to choose a free box.

How do I share my unique friend link?

We’ve created a unique link for you to share with your friends. When they sign up, we’ll know that it was you who referred them. You can share this link via Email, Facebook, WhatsApp or simply copy and paste it and share it how you like. You can find your unique link here.

How do I claim my referral rewards?

You’ll get an email each time a friend signs up. From there, you’ll be invited to redeem your reward box. You can also access your rewards here. 

You are unable to put free boxes towards subscription boxes.

I have referred a friend but not received my reward

Double check your friend has placed an order with the code applied, have a look at your Refer a friend page, and check your email/junk folder for the reward email.
If you're sure they've signed up then drop us an email at hello@simplycook.com with your friends details and we can look into it.

Is there any limit to the number of friends I can introduce?

There is no limit to the number of friends you can introduce to SimplyCook or the number of free boxes you can earn. We do however limit the number of reward boxes that you can redeem to 4 a month.

Is there any limit to who I can refer?

As our introductory offers are only valid once per household you cannot refer someone from the same household or who you live with. It's also not possible to take up the offer on behalf of someone, they'll need to create their own account to redeem this.
