Open your Cash App and tap the “Activity” tab, then tap “Invite Friends” to invite friends to try Cash App. When someone new to Cash App creates an account, enters your referral code, and sends a qualifying payment from a newly linked debit card, you’ll both get an invitation bonus. Your referral code is the combination of numbers and letters at the end of your invitation link and can be shared directly from the app or online.
Your friend will have 14 days from the date they entered your referral code to verify their account and send a qualifying payment of at least £5 from a newly linked debit card. At the end of 14 days the referral bonus will expire.
If you’ve been invited to Cash App, you’ll need to verify your account, enter the referral code of the person who referred you in order to receive your bonus. You can check the status of your referral by tapping “Reward Status” in the app.
