Simba Refer a Friend Details

Simba was founded in 2002 and has since sold over 1 million mattresses. They have created a new mattress design, and, as a result they were the winners of the 2020 Customer Survey of Product Innovation for their Hybrid Mattress of the Year. They sell a variety of other sleep-related products such as bedding, pillows, and duvets alongside.

Payment details

A referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has made a purchase and when the reward has been earned. Rewards are earned only if qualifying criteria have been met.

Any other conditions?

To benefit from this offer your friends must place their first order by Monday, 3 January 2022, if they purchase after that date you'll receive £100 off and they'll receive 2 free Simba-Pure Pillows. The reward is valid for one month from the point of issue to the Referred Friend. For the avoidance of doubt, the date on which the Reward is taken to have been earned will be manually determined by Simba Sleep Limited’s staff, and will be a date not earlier than the expiry of the 200 Night Trial, details of which may be reviewed at https://simbasleep.com/pages/200-night-trial/ in respect of the Qualifying Purchase.

Is there a limit on referrals?

Rewards shall be calculated on a cumulative basis; if multiple qualifying referrals are made to Simba, multiple rewards will be available to the Referrer, subject to a limit; this limit is that a Referrer may not earn more than 2 Rewards within any 24 hour period, or 10 within last 365 day period.

Do I have to be a customer to make referrals?

Yes. If a referrer has not made a qualifying purchase, their referral link or code may not be valid.
