Ocado is an online supermarket, selling own-brand products from Marks & Spencer as well as name brand groceries, flowers, toys and magazines. Founded in 2001, the company was floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2010. Ocado has an IPhone and Android app for ordering from a smartphone, IPad or tablet.

Ocado has paused their refer a friend programme, however the new Ocado Zoom service does have a refer a friend programme. As of Feb 2021 Ocado Zoom is only available in West London.
