Log in to your Property Partner account and get your referral link. Post the link on ReferMeHappy.
Friend instructions
Click on one of the referrer's links above to sign up as a customer to Property Partner.
Payment details
The referrer’s portion of the referral reward (if applicable) will be credited to the
referrer’s Property Partner account on the first 10th of the month (or the nearest
working day) following the referee, within a period of 60 days (from the date of he
referee signing up to Property Partner), having deployed a minimum of £2,000
(net of scaleback) into properties on the Property Partner platform. For the avoidance of doubt, any funds committed by a referee (in auto-invest programme or investment plan, for example) will not count towards the £2,000 minimum until such time as the funds are actually deployed into a property.
Any other conditions?
The referred friend must have reached over £2,000 in terms of investment within 60 days of signing up.
Is there a limit on referrals?
Yes. Only one per person.
Do I have to be a customer to make referrals?
No you don't. Anyone can sign up to refer others, but you must have completed a customer registration process appropriateness requirements so as to qualify as a person to whom their forms of investment are appropriate.
