Referrer instructions
You must create a new voucher for each person you refer.
Friend instructions
Contact the referrer to get a unique code that you can use. You must present the refer a friend voucher at your first consultation.
Payment details
Optical Express aim to send out a cheque to the referrer within 90 days of presentation.
Any other conditions?
300 discount applies to laser eye surgery and lens surgery excluding phakic lens surgery.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any marketing promotion.
Discount is not available to those who have already booked their treatment prior to obtaining the referral voucher.
The Refer a Friend reward cannot be redeemed if you (the referrer) received a private insurance discount (Aviva, Bupa etc.).
Refer a Friend is not open to employees of Optical Express or their immediate family;
