You’ll get an email each time a friend signs up. From there you’ll be invited to redeem your reward box as a free one-off box to be redeemed straight away. You can also access your rewards here. You are unable to put these free boxes towards subscription boxes.

Is there a limit on referrals?

Customers can redeem a maximum of 4 referral credits per month. Credits may be applied to one-off orders or to future subscription orders.

Do I have to be a customer to make referrals?

No you don't. Anyone can sign up to refer others.
