Referrer instructions
Log in to your Yopa account and get your referral link. Post the link on ReferMeHappy.
Friend instructions
Click on one of the referrer's links above to sign up as a customer to Yopa.
Payment details
The referring friend will receive their Gift Card upon completion of the sale of the friend’s property by Yopa and after Yopa receives its fee for the sale. This timescale will obviously vary and therefore Yopa cannot provide any definitive timeframe. Please note: if the referred friend’s property does not sell through Yopa or if the referred friend cancels their contract, you will not be eligible for a Gift Card.
